television stations and other news organizations about this year's Indy Air Expo.
The prior Indianapolis Air Show attracted tens of thousands of spectators
and produced hundreds of thousands of dollars in contributions.
We hope to do the same and our volunteers are working hard to deliver
the maximum possible funding to our Indiana Childrens Hospitals.
The Indy Air Expo was created to make a difference for Indiana kids by
supporting Indiana Childrens Hospitals through our grants program
for specific projects to improve the availability and quality of their care.

TITLE SPONSORSHIP
The Title Sponsorship of the Indy Air Expo is the highest level of sponsorship available.
It provides the greatest exposure and benefits for you the sponsor. The name and logo
of our Title Sponsor and/or its product(s) is added to and precedes the name of the
Indy Air Expo in all instances, and becomes a part of our logo for this year’s event.
Your brand will appear on TV, in social media, in print media and on all our signage.
Our goal is to multiply your sponsorship dollars by creating a promotional value that
enhances your business image and multiplies the effect of your advertising dollars.

Reserve Your Flight Line Chalet!
Flight Line Chalet sponsors are guaranteed front row seats for the Indy Air Expo!
You and up to fifty of your guests will enjoy your own fenced area with your own private tent
in the front row directly on the flight line, and an additional outdoor seating area.
You will receive fifty VIP tickets for your guests each day, which provide enhanced access.
VIP parking passes for ten vehicles and our standard catered food and refreshments
are included! Enhanced catering and beverage options are also available.
Chalet Sponsorship Options
Weekend Chalet Sponsor - $5,000
As a weekend Chalet Sponsor, your Chalet will be available all day
from gates open to gates closed on both Saturday and Sunday!
Weekend Chalet Sponsorships are available now.
Single Day Chalet Sponsor - $3,000
Subject to availability, Single Day Chalet Sponsorships may be purchased
on and after July 1st for any remaining unsold Chalets for either Saturday or Sunday.
Practice Day Chalet Sponsor - $1,500
Practice Day Chalets are available for Friday preceding the Indy Air Expo.
This will be practice and arrival day for many of the war birds and other
aircraft participating in the show, as well as set up day for exhibitors,
other participants and vendors. No organized events are planned for Friday,
but there should be plenty of spontaneous action!

Supersonic - $2500 – Receives 25 VIP Tickets
First Class - $1500 – Receives 15 VIP Tickets
Business Class - $1000 – Receives 10 VIP Tickets
